Hanna Home – Wholesale Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all wholesale transactions between Hanna Home and the wholesale customer (the “Customer”). By placing a wholesale order, the Customer agrees to the following:
- Payment Terms
First Order: All first-time wholesale orders are required to be paid pro forma (i.e. payment in full before goods are dispatched).
Subsequent Orders: Approved wholesale accounts will be eligible for 14-day payment terms from the date of invoice, subject to ongoing credit approval.
2. Retention of Title
All goods supplied remain the property of Hanna Home until paid for in full. Title and ownership of the products shall not pass to the Customer until the full invoice amount has been received by Hanna Home.
3. Returns & Damages
Any damages or discrepancies must be reported in writing within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Returns will not be accepted without prior agreement from Hanna Home. Custom or bespoke items are non-returnable unless faulty.
4. Termination
Hanna Home reserves the right to suspend or terminate a wholesale account at any time for non-payment, breach of terms, or any other reason deemed appropriate.
