Christmas Tin Candle

Christmas Tin Candle

Our label features the Angel Gabriel, my favourite of all the angels, bringing his good news, and a little robin. That robin turns up in the stable every morning while I'm mucking out, perched on the door and watching me work. They say when a robin visits, it's a loved one stopping by, and I'm quite sure this one is family.

Juicy cranberry bursts open first, followed by ripe strawberry and a tart snap of rhubarb, like the first glass poured when everyone arrives. Then comes a warm wave of pomegranate, crisp apple, settling onto a soft, sweet musk like a dusting of frost on the yard. Bright, fruity and cheerful, it's for the nights the house is full and the kitchen's loud.
